Simple & Fair Returns

We want you to feel confident shopping with Lumière Skin.

Returns are accepted if:

• The item is unused and in original packaging
• The request is made within 7 days of delivery

Non-returnable items:

• Opened skincare products (for hygiene reasons)
• Used devices

Damaged or faulty items:

If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours and we will replace it.
